We offer you a completely newly built apartment designed for 2-3 persons within our family house. It is fully furnished, bright and sunny, offering a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The apartment features a private bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a comfortable king-size double bed.  An extra single bed is available on request. A small private garden directly in front of the apartment invites you to relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. Located in a quiet area in a small alpine village with the stunning mountain lake Obernberger See, our home is the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature.

The nearest ski resort, Bergeralm, is just 13 km away, the sunny Rosskopf in Sterzing, Italy, 25 km. Many other resorts can be reached conveniently both to the north in Austria and to the south in Italy, as we are located close to the Italian border. Check below for our tips for summer and winter. Our home is situated at the end of the valley, where during summer you will hear sound of cow bells heading to their pastures and rush of an alpine brook. The area offers dozens of hiking possibilities, from light walks to challenging trails. In autumn, the larches turn golden, creating breathtaking alpine scenery.
